From the Airport take a taxi to the city center. It will suffice however just to mention The Bank of Tanzania as a destination. It is a straight  45 minutes drive (20 km, see overview map). Taxi fares range around TZS 10,000.00 (USD 20) and are negotiable.
The Bank building itself is about 3 minutes walk from the Kilimanjaro Hotel and about 10 or 15 minutes walk from the Askari Monument and  the Sheraton Hotel respectively (see detail map below).
