  2. Proceeded to his masters degree [Master of Science in Finance (Msc. (Finance))] at the University of Strathclyde (UK) in 1996.
  3. Got his first appointment with the Bank of Tanzania in August 1985 as Third Assistant, in the Export Promotion Department.
  4. He worked with several other departments; including Protocol, External Debt and Economic Research departments of the Bank of Tanzania as Economist for the past 14 years of service.
