Normally, the Institute designs courses according to training needs assessment done by the bank of Tanzania and other financial institutions. There are also other tailor-made courses to suit the training needs of other institutions in Mwanza Municipality and the surrounding area.

In designing and developing courses, the Institute works closely with the committee of experts drawn from various fields.

Being a center for the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) examinations, the Institute is also conducting review sessions for CIB examinations, which are held twice a year.

All the programmes are facilitated by qualified resource persons from around the world.

The venues for our courses are normally in Mwanza at Capri-Point campus or in Dar-es-Salam.

 The Institute is currently utilizing eminent persons in various fields from several institutions. Currently a good number of such persons come from overseas.
